Today was our final day of wellbeing week, E for Engage in something big and give to others. This has involved our week long collection for the Clifton Road Food Bank. As you can see from the photos, girls and staff were very generous in their donations. Also as part of Engage the girls in Year 10-12 had a presentation by World Challenge about an exciting opportunity for girls in Cambodia in Summer 2020. Lunch time involved more brain breaks, the staff table tennis tournament (Mr Eddie won!) and a popcorn and Friends event in the hall.
Over the course of the week girls and staff have experienced lots of ways we can improve our mood and look after our wellbeing. We definitely have learnt how to SMILE.
‘Remember no one can give wellbeing to you. It’s you who has to take action.’ Professor Sarah Stewart- Brown, University of Warwick.
