*Saint Martin’s Nursery School requires that girls attend nursery 5 days a week from 8am – 12pm. This allows us to ensure that all girls are covering the required stages of the EYFS curriculum. Government Funding of 15 hours per week for eligible 3 and 4 year olds will be applied to these sessions and reduces the above costs by £58.50 per week (as at April 2018). We then offer a flexible approach to the afternoon sessions, and parents are able to choose which afternoon sessions they would like their daughter to attend. These must be booked in advance at the start of each term to allow the school to ensure the appropriate staffing for the term. A further provision for care up until 6.00pm is also available at our After School Club which is run by Day Care at Saint Martin’s.  This is administered separately and eligible parents can claim any remaining childcare funding directly with Day Care at Saint Martin’s.

** School fees for Reception to Sixth Form are shown net of £100 prompt settlement discount for payments received on or before the first day of term.

  • Recurring additional charges including entrance fees for public examinations and other optional insurances, Year 11 and Sixth Form Games will be added to the termly fees.  Charges for other pre-agreed activities may appear from time to time. Parents’ Association annual subscription £10 per annum.
  • Payment of fees is due on or before the first day of term. Parents from whom payment has not been received on or before the first day of term may be liable for an administration charge on the amount outstanding at the rate agreed by Governors from time to time (currently 2%). The same charge will be applied at intervals notified by the Director of Finance and Operations if payment is not subsequently received. A returned cheque/payment attracts an administration charge (currently £25).

Notice of the intention to withdraw a pupil must be given in writing not later than the first day of the term at the end of which the pupil is to be withdrawn, or fees will be due for an additional term. No notice is required for a pupil leaving at the end of the Upper Sixth Form.
