Only the very best will do when it comes to your child’s education and here at Saint Martin’s Girls’ School we understand that prospective parents want more than just academic success throughout nursery, primary, secondary and Sixth Form.
Our Solihull private school unlocks a number of benefits for girls of all ages, whether they are joining us from the beginning of their education or enrolling for secondary school or Sixth Form only. Established in 1942 with just 14 sets of parents enrolling their daughters, our school has grown from strength to strength and now educates girls aged from 2 3/4 years and upwards at our historic Malvern Hall setting.
The benefits of single-sex education is what our school’s culture is built on, and we are very proud to be a girls’ school. Due to the fact that girls tend to mature faster than boys, our traditional syllabus combined with our endless extra-curricular opportunities means that your daughter can progress at a level she is comfortable with. There is also no gender stereotyping involved and we encourage all our girls to embrace education across all subject matter.
The confidence that also comes with being educated in a single-sex school is evident across all years, with our pupils able to progress physically and intellectually whilst taking on the leadership roles generally reserved for boys in co-education.
Whilst every school day at Saint Martin’s begins with registration at 8.30am, the rest of the day is never the same . Our mix of traditional and modern opportunities means each day is as inspiring and educational as the next. The curriculum differs depending on the school year, whilst after school activities are available for students of all ages, from nursery to sixth form.
Whilst many schools close their doors for the summer and half term holidays, the doors of our Solihull private school remain firmly open! We run activity schemes for both boys and girls during the holidays, meaning existing pupils can experience co-education. Our holiday schemes feature a range of exciting activities, such as karting, pottery making, arts and crafts, laser quest, cookery sessions and pool parties.
