Saint Martin’s School for Girls is an independent day school for girls in Solihull. Our outstanding academic achievement and full programme of extra-curricular activities ensure that girls who attend our school leave as confident, well-educated, exceptional young women.
Residing at the historic Malvern Hall in the centre of Solihull, our school offers education for girls between the ages of two and three quarters and eighteen. Early registration is highly recommended for girls wishing to join Saint Martin’s and the School fees are paid before the start of each term.
Every one of our girls follows a broad and balanced curriculum and we give them the space and security in which they can build the confidence in their own abilities.
At Saint Martin’s a typical school day begins with registration at 8.30am. Lessons for the Senior School and Sixth Form begin at 9am and finish at 4pm and Reception to Year 2, Junior School and Nursery School pupils finish at 3.30pm. There are many clubs and activities which take place after school and if the girls are not involved in any of these, they are able to attend a supervised prep period until 5.30pm.
School Fees at Saint Martin’s are charged on a ‘per term’ basis for Reception classes and Years 1 -2 to the Sixth Form. You will also be asked, on acceptance of a place at the school, to pay an Agreement Fee of £300 (this will be refunded at the end of a pupil’s last term at the School. If the place is not taken up, the agreement fee is not refunded). We are able to offer fee assistance in some instances and this is based solely on financial need and is means tested and reviewed annually.
We provide a flexible approach to Nursery provision and parents can decide on specific sessions or days that their daughter would attend. School fees for these sessions are charged at a daily or session rate. All of the school fees and charges are set out on the Saint Martin’s School Fees page of our website.
