Year 5 spent a weekend of team building, collaboration and physical challenges at PGL in Caythorpe. There were many activities including the zip wire, challenge course, rafting, abseiling, giant swing, quad biking, trapeze and aero ball.
The whole year group went on the trip and all did their best, conquering fears and trying to complete all activities; rafting, quad biking, giant swing, zip wire and challenge course. It was particularly rewarding for the staff involved to see all the girls achieve beyond their own limits with all working well together and encouraging one another.
As well as the daytime activities the girls took part in Wacky Races on their first night at PGL which saw them dress up in crazy costumes, created entirely from the contents of their suitcases, and participate in races. On the Saturday evening the girls sat around the campfire and enjoyed learning new songs.
