Exercise is proven to provide mental health benefits. This includes reducing stress, keeping us alert, boosting our happy chemicals and alleviating our anxiety. At lunch time today, Mrs Speirs and some members of the Lower Sixth, encouraged girls from all over the school to get their dancing shoes on and have a bit of a boogie. Needless to say both staff and girls had a wonderful time laughing and dancing to hits by Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj. Unfortunately due to the icy conditions, this morning’s walk has been postponed, further details to follow.
