Girls from the Sixth Form spent four action packed days in New York during half term. They visited many famous landmarks, such as the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building and the Natural History Museum. The girls had a backstage tour of the NBC Studios, watched a performance of Chicago on Broadway and visited the iconic Times Square. They also had time to reflect at the 9/11 Memorial and viewed collections at the MET.

Jessica “The 9/11 memorial was moving and thoughtful.”

Ashleigh “The towering skyscrapers made me feel very small.”

Hattie and Abi L “It was a great experience seeing some of the finest artwork in the world.”

Remy “It was like stepping into a movie!”

“The photography exhibition at the MET was superb and really helped with my AS coursework”

Abi L “The chance to buy my prom dress in New York was fantastic!”
