    Acceptance of a place in the School requires the payment of an agreement fee which is refunded at the end of a pupil’s last term at the School. If the place is not taken up, the agreement fee is not refunded.

    *Saint Martin’s Nursery School provides a flexible approach to Nursery provision.  Parents are asked to decide before the start of each term which sessions their daughter will attend.  This assists both parents and the school in two ways.  Firstly, it allows the school to ensure the appropriate staffing for the term and, secondly, it establishes the ‘free’ sessions for which the School will claim reimbursement from Solihull Council.  At Saint Martin’s these sessions are in the mornings from 8.00 to 11.00am. Provision for care up until 6.00pm is also available at our After School Club.

    ** School fees for Reception to Sixth Form are shown net of £100 prompt settlement discount for payments received on or before the first day of term.

  • Recurring additional charges including entrance fees for public examinations and other optional insurances, Year 11 and Sixth Form Games will be added to the termly fees.  Charges for other pre-agreed activities may appear from time to time. Parents’ Association annual subscription £10 per annum.
  • Payment of fees is due on or before the first day of term. Parents from whom payment has not been received on or before the first day of term may be liable for an administration charge on the amount outstanding at the rate agreed by Governors from time to time (currently 2%). The same charge will be applied at intervals notified by the Director of Finance and Operations if payment is not subsequently received. A returned cheque/payment attracts an administration charge (currently £25).

    Notice of the intention to withdraw a pupil must be given in writing not later than the first day of the term at the end of which the pupil is to be withdrawn, or fees will be due for an additional term. No notice is required for a pupil leaving at the end of the Upper Sixth Form.

  • There may be schemes available to provide for the payment of school fees other than termly in advance. The School operates a monthly direct debit scheme and may offer a scheme to pay fees in advance. Details are available from the Director of Finance and Operations or Contact Us for further details.
  • A list of visiting teachers providing private instrumental music, tennis and dance lessons and their costs are available from the School.
